I would do a KZ Fiji Purple, a Wave Point actinic (I personally find them deeper blue), a Wave Point Red Wave (throws in some red and orange for popping vivid looks) and finally a 12K.

This gives you the entire spectrum from blasting white to red, orange, purple and penetrating deep blue.

Another option is to go 2 - 12k's and 2 - actinics. This look is daylight bright and will sparkle any tank, coral and fish.

Depends on how many bulbs you are going to run.

I wouldn't run all 10k's or all 420nm's. Colors will suffer with either setup IMO.

I would look into running a couple ATI Blue Plus and a KZ Fiji Purple for sure.

The ATI bulbs crank out a lot fo PAR, especially the AquaBlue Specials and Blue+ bulbs. Those two together will give you great growth and color. I think I remember reading that the Blue+ bulbs crank out more PAR than their white bulbs. The fiji purple has some good par readings and adds a great look to the tank

Im going to see how these go down stairs over my frags and if they do good im changing my lights in my DT upstairs its a x2 150watt MH, x4 54watt t5 fixture
what i have for t5s right now is gieseman and they are 420nm x2, 460nmx1,and 6700kx1 I read they help coral growth as well and these seem to do pretty good for me
