apex not working after up grade software
Try to up grade software in apex so i could install my vorTech module. But now after two day still cant get it up and running . The Display module is dead the status light is blinking yellow like it in boot mod . I can not see it on my network any more . Please help

It sounds like the firmware upload dodn't work; be sure the Apex is hard-wired to the network and try again. If the Apex is wireless and you perform a firmware update what you describe will happen; there is a note about this in the update instructions.

My apex is hard wire a 5 ' wire . I have rebooted it 15 time and try reloding about 10 times . It will not come out of boot mode . I try telnet in to it and still will not talk.

There's a series of troubleshooting steps starting at page 83 in the User Guide (stickied) that helps you find network issues that might prevent the firmware load from completing. Have you looked at that and worked through those?
The yellow light on the base module means it's booting or in bootloader mode. Yellow light on the EB8 means it can't talk to the base module. What is the error the firmware loader gives you? Does it just time out over and over?
