Clown fish colour change

I have a pair of clown fish that are behaving & eating normally. They are roughly 2 and a half months old.
They seem to be changing in colour, getting darker from the top of there bodies...Is this normal?

I have read that it could be colour variation in the species.
I am feeding them a frozen marine mix, All tank conditions and tests are ok

I am brand new to this hobby so help would be appreciated
