3 orchid dottybacks in a 180
is it a bad idea? i thought i had read that theyre ok in harems but cant find that information anymore. anyone have any experience? add at same time, separately?

Are you putting together three random orchid dottybacks? It's not going to work. They're highly territorial and in a situation like that I would think that two of them will come to a bad end. You can get mated pairs of tank raised pseudochromis from Inland Aquatics. I got a pair of Friedman's dottybacks from them a few years ago and it was the best fish purchase I've made.
