Squid Splitter Return

(pretty sure I'm spelling that incorrectly) ....

I've been away from the hobby for awhile. Right now I'm running a small tank, with two returns. I remember Squids (sp?) from way back when - they usually failed with time - didn't have the best of luck with them. Are they more reliable now? Any issues with them?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

David

3/4 SQWDs are alright but stay away from the 1" model best I've heard of them lasting is a couple of months
