TLF 550 not flowing correctly?

Well, i have a TLF 550 with about 400ml of biopellets, and Ca2200 pump on it, but the pellets dont boil everywhere, flow is only strong in 2 spots opposite of each other, other areas dont move. The flow valve is on max.

Can you control the pump throttle. Starting slow ( not too slow ) might prevent the funnelling scenario from happening.
