It looks like an ocellaris.

I suggest you post this question in the clownfish/anemone forum if you really need to know.

You'll also find info there about how to choose and add a second clownfish.

Looks to be an Ocellaris.
It really doesn't matter, Percs and Ocellaris interbreed. It would be cool to get a black Ocellaris (smallest possible--less than 2").

Occellaris

Occellaris clowns have eleven dorsal spines while percula has only ten

The bars are pretty thin though, but I'm not sure. The color pattern isn't definitive in determining species though so it could go either way.

Here is what I consider to be a good picture of a percula.

The amount of black on the upper body seems more percula to me, but again the bars are pretty thin.

The best way to decipher them is by both the dorsal spines and eyes. As said before, Ocellaris have 11 spines and Percula 10. The trouble is that they are commonly hybridized so one must also look at the eyes. Percula generally have an orange iris that blends with the color of the fish and a black pupil. The opposite is true for Ocellaris.

best to just get an onyx and be done with it

So do percula. In fact, percula are supposedly identified by thicker black borders...(along with number of dorsal spines)

I personally can't tell the difference most times, as my ORA ocellaris look very, very much like my friends true percula...the black bars look about equal. His has thin bars for a perc, and mine has thick bars compared to most ocellaris...there is variation in colors just like any other fish.
