Well Lyretails are one of the hardier Anthias, so that's good. Are any of your other fish picking on it?

Fish

let the fish relax and it will do fine....nervous....its always nice to add several of lyretails at once(3-5)....they will be less nervous....as for the spots, stress spots/ich....most likey,as long as the fish is healthy,it should be ok....

Can you elaborate on your QT/acclimation process for this fish?

Did you check the SG of the LFS water vs your water? I check that every time because I purchased a fish and brought it home and checked the SG of the water the fish was in and found it to be less than 1.010. Only 15 mins of acclimation on a huge SG difference MAY be the issue? Or it's just stressed out. Just my thoughts....
