Is my skimmer oversized, undersized, or juust right?

I bought a 90 tank with a 40 gallon sump from a guy on craigslist. I figure when it's filled it probably has a net gallonage of 120 gallons. It came with a skimmer which I assume is a Reef Octopus, judging by the giant octopus sticker on the side. The skimmer has no wet skim/dry skim adjustment. The pump is a 38 watt 2000lph or ~528 gallons per hour pump. The chamber where the air mixes with water is 16 inches high excluding the cup and 6 inches in diameter. Is this undersized, oversized, or just right for my ~120 gallon system? Is it sufficient for vodka dosing?

Can you post a pic of the skimmer? It's really hard to 'over-skim' imo, but easy to under skim. There's a lot of variations of Octopus skimmers on the market so it's hard to know what pump is on that Octopus and what version the skimmer is without seeing it.

the skimmer adjustment tube is the tall one coming from the side of the skimmer. twist left or right to adjust the skimmer. it may be tough to twist, but it is how its designed to stay in place to hold a constant level.

octopus NW-150 or simular. Its adequate for a 90g display and modable to get a little more out of it. Not undersized or oversized. I'd probably upgrade myself especially for vodka dosing but I'd have no problem with starting the tank up with it. yeah the wedge pipe moves up and down to adjust water height (the output pipe has a sleeve on that goes up and down)
