Tunze Recirculation pump Silence 1073.020

I'm leaning towards this pump for return on my 45g with a 20g sump. I'm estimating about 6~8' head for plumbing. I wont be keeping too much sps just a bit here and there. Mp20 is in store for the future. I want the most optimal flow through a 3 baffle sump with a simple refugium. The pump is rated 634GPH will this be enough flow or too much?

TIA.
