ID on rock please
Can someone tell me what this is? It wasn't there when I got the coral, and I'm not sure if it is a good or bad thing. Possibly aptasia?
  I'm looking at the white little hairs on the bottom. Thanks

Definitely not aptasia. What ever it is, probably not a pest. Maybe some sort of mushroom. I have seen these in my tank, no problem.

i would have guessed hydroids of some type. they come in all shapes and colors.
