Recently upgraded Ac3Pro firmware, now temp graph doesnt work

So I recently upgraded to 3.4 and everything worked fine for about a week.

Now when I try to display the temp graph, I get nothing.

The ph & Orp graphs work fine & the temp in the status page is fine.

I also see temps changing in the datalog.

Any ideas? I dont want to reboot it until I get an idea to troubleshoot or it might remove all evidence that could be useful.

Stu

This is still happening!

I cannot view the temperature graph after just a few days following a reboot.
It is fine for about three days, then when you hit the "refresh" button after setting it to "temp", it does nothing.
Ph & ORP continue to work fine and the data in the log looks fine.

This is getting annoying because it is getting colder and I am trying to get my heaters & chiller adjusted for winter.

Quicker to call Neptune directly...

You can try to reflash the firmare just in case the update didn't take completely.

Well, if this is a useful data-point:

I installed HeneryH's Free Android App, and the plot works fine....

My problem must be Windows PC related?

Ah HAH!

The plot works under IE, but not with Firefox.....

IF I do it with a fresh browser!

The temp graph fails with IE or Firefox if I try to refresh it!

First try with IE works though, later updates dont work.

OK, This is STILL not working right.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one with this problem.

I have checked the graph from three different computers and two different browsers.

NONE of them can display the temp graph, but the Ph & ORP work fine.

What is the deal?

Have you contacted Neptune support? It is usually easier to use email, Curt often responds within a few minutes and pretty much any hour of the day.
