ASM G3 Skimmer excessive micro bubble problem

Ive been running a G3 protein skimmer on my 150 and its been running fine. This morning, there seemed to be alot of micro bubbles coming from the outlet of the skimmer. I pulled the skimmer apart, cleaned it. Pulled the pump apart and cleaned it as well.. Its still producing alot of micro bubbles. There is no adjustment on the pump its self. How do i fix it?
