I've had great luck with Joes juice for them..
Or just grab them with a tweezers and pull them out

If I pull them off with tweezers, can't they reproduce?

electricity...torches...lol. I'll see if my husband wants to pull the rocks out and use our hard-core fire lighter to melt them.

Got it, thanks! I'll do a dip in some salt water too to make sure to get all of the juice off so they don't reproduce in my tank. The down-fall of getting florida live rock are these darn nems. Other than that, this is amazing LR!

really tweezers works just fine.. They come off pretty easy (unlike aiptasia)
But like I said Joes juice has worked prefectly for me. Squirt them with the syringe and say goodbye

i've used joe's juice.

as soon as I see one, it gets blasted with joe's. only time i had one come back was because i don't think i let the juice sit on the nem long enough to kill it.

i basically do it in the middle of a water change and siphon the left over juice and hopefully any dead nem out...
