46 gallon bow w/MP40es
I have a 46 mixed reef bow tank. I have 3 Koralia 1's in it with a Aqua C Remora hang on. I added a MP-40 to the side and now I have a lot of detritus on my bare bottom. When does this stop happening? My bare bottom was all clean before the MP-40.

if its staying on the bottom then your not creating enough under tow. what do you have the mp40 set in? what mode?

Its set to the 1st yellow mode and I have the dial set 3/4 of the way up. I still am keeping the other 3 Koralia 1's in also.

I'm guessing that all that stuff was on your rocks before and the vortech blew it off, but not out into the filter. You might need more flow and/or to rearrange some rocks so that the water can move more efficiently.

Vortech recommends the pump be placed on one side of the back glass when you have a curved front panel. Not sure if that will help in a bow situation but it might.

I set it to nutrient export mode for now. I do have about 6 lbs of rock in the tank kinda against the back glass.
