question on sicce synchra pump

does anyone know if their new silent pumps can be mounted horizontally in the sump so that the discharge goes sideways instead of straight up?

I have a couple of these, good pumps for me so far. I don't see why you couldn't mount them horizontally, but I can't tell you for sure.

Yes the can be mounted sideways. Check out the new ATB mini airstars which use the new syncra pump and they are mounted sideways.

No problem mounting them that way. They are some of the most quiet pumps on the market but on its side if they vibrate what they are against use a neoprene piece or something under the pumps. They have feet or suction cups and those work in one position or or course the pump can be secured to wall of a sump with the suction cups. They also can be use inline external. The threads are standard US pipe thread fipt but need teflon tape. http://sicce.us had videos of them
