Exclamation HELP - Creatures in tank

My clam has little red creatures on it, look like tiny red worms (very small). I looked up red bugs and they attack corals. Don't think it is them. These are a little bigger and they are all over the place. Recently cleaned sandbed of tank and now see them. I can't post a pic and I can't find a pic that resembles them. Can anyone please give me an idea? They are about the size of the head of a pin.

Look up Red Flatworm (Planaria), do they look like these ?

Good article here: http://www.melevsreef.com/flatworms.html if that's what they are.

I don't think that is what they are. They are small and not flat.

After further searching for better pics, I think that is what they are. Thank you.
