HELP! Defective Heater
OK, I am so upset! A week or two ago I had some round metal looking objects floating in my water and I had no idea what it was. Well now I have discovered. My Marineland POS heater had little metal looking decals all over the heater that are falling off of the heater and are now being blown all over my tank. My tank looks like a snow globe. Ans my clowns keep trying to eat the floating pieces and then they spit them out. What should I do? Obviously I will ditch the heater but I am sure my filter won't pick all of this debris up and it will simply be in my tank.
Thanks, Pat Marineland Heater - BEWARE OF THIS HEATER! See the pattern on the outside of this heater. It is all over my tank! http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.co...2&pcatid=21322 |

You can put some filter material in a net and go around the tank. Another option in a filter sock.
Pump water out of your tank through a filter sock and back into the tank. Good luck. |
