I'm sorry to hear that. There is some risk especially if your friends put their hands in the tank. These types of thing are serious and require people to behave in responsible ways. Your entry into this hobby seems to have been sort of rough. It's easy to overwhelmed in the excitement of just starting out. You seem really excited and I truly hope that continues.

If it were me, I would seriously consider holding off on any more fish at the moment. Let your tank lie fallow (no fish) for a couple months so all the parasites die off.

Diseased fish suck, I just lost a yellow tang (used to be my avatar) to some manner of bacterial infection. But be careful not to rush into more fish while you're currently battling disease.

In any case, hope you get your lionfish sold. They're known to go after smaller fish, so the answer of "I expect him to" is appropriate

Not trying to bash you or anything but offering up a fish for trade when you have other sick fish in your tank and not mentioning it in the opening post is pretty low. I'm sure you were not trying to do anything negative so I'm just pointing it out so you can learn. If one fish is sick in your tank they all are, even if they dont show it they are carrying it. Good luck!

Hopefully you won't be trying to put the queen angel in the 10 gallon. I would see if someone can host it for you for a couple of months or cancel your order.

Don’t waste your money buying another 10 gallon tank. You will lose the lion, tang, and angel if they are in 10G tanks. That is not nearly enough room for those fish, even if they all have a 10G to themselves. They will stress out from being in a tank that small. Not to mention that keeping the water quality good will be next to impossible. You really need to give that angel to someone to hold it until your issues are resolved or he will get sick as well. IMO here is what you need to do. 1) Take the queen to RC and see if you can pay them a small fee to QT and hold your fish while you resolve your issues. 2) Pull ALL of your fish out of your 125 and QT them together in a 40+ gallon tank, or go the more work route and pull your coral, inverts, and live rock out of your 125G put your fish back in there and go hypo salinity on the tank. If you ask around I'm sure someone has a 40+ gallon tank you can borrow to try to QT your stuff. Please don’t put the queen into the sick tank.
One final comment, and again I'm not trying to bash you. But you posted before asking about putting a large rare angel or tang in your tank and most people said a 125 is too small for most angels and they are not reef safe. You choose to do it anyways now you’re in a pinch and asking us for help again. It’s a free country and you can buy whatever fish you want but people will get a bit annoyed with you if they tell you not to do something, you do it anyways then you come back and ask for help when they tried to help you avoid the situation in the first place. This board has some very smart and passionate fish people, I would recommend that you ask more questions and follow the advice given from these people that have been in the hobby for 10+ years.

I'm about to give you a tip that can save you tons of money in this hobby..... Listen to most of the people on this forum! Now you just have to figure out who not to listen to Good Luck!

SLOW DOWN.

As I've written to you before, and has been alluded to by many people in the various threads you have posted in you need to get a better grasp on this hobby before you keep throwing animals around.

You consistently make posts asking for advice and then completely ignore the most salient points and continue to do things that are generally speaking "bad" for the animals you're buying. You seem to have little regard for money, which is fine... some people are well off, but your lack of interest in doing the right thing and actually learning how to do this well so that the animals you buy aren't suffering is a bit hard to swallow. Reef tanks take time, lots and lots of time, and have a life of their own (quite literally bajillions of lives in fact) and it really helps to understand what you are doing and why instead of just doing it. If you're not going to do that, leave it to the pro's... Hire a service to set you up and maintain a tank.

And for the love of whatever deity gets you excited use some punctuation and capitalization.

Lastly...

+1,000,000 and not just money, the life of your animals is in there as well.

A queen angel will definitely eat your corals..If you have to have an angel you'd have more success with a jap swallow tail or wantabes.

Every addition to your tank should have a purpose. Know why it's there and how it fits into your eco-system. Can you say that about your Queen Angel? Without being able to answer those questions success is elusive at best.

Please know I don't mean this in a harsh manner but actions like show your immaturity and on the surface appear to lend credence to your parents concerns about the risks associated with keeping the lionfish.

This can be offset by education and caution.again I urge you to slow down and take your time. The impression from here is you're moving too rapidly and the tank is paying the price. Remember the journey is the reward.
