Krylon fusion or valspar for plastic?

I need to paint my pvc return line that rests just inside of my tank. Lowes doesnt carry krylon fusulion but they do have valspar for plastic. What is the difference? Valspar says will not chip or peel has anybody used this?

When i got all the pvc the first time they didnt have all grey or black and the misc. Pieces i needed were white. I know people have been using the krylon fusion for frag racks and the likes but i was wonderi g what makes it different than the valspar for plastics? Is the valspar safe to use. I dont wanna try and find out either.

Krylon Fusion

You can get it at Ace Hardware and Michaels arts & crafts stores.

I got Krylon Fusion at the paint rack in good ol' wally world... but if you are the person who absolutely hates wal-mart most local hardware stores carry the stuff.
