i just just ran a 1:100 bleach water solution through my pump to my expansion tank and out through my faucet. i dwelled for 10 minutes. i bypass my ro system and post carbon block. i would rather buy a new membrane than sanitize it. there is citric acid for that though right?
I used chlorine test strips to make sure my system was clear of bleach. it took a hour and a half to clear the bleach. |
