What Is This
today i was looking at my LR and i found about four of these. They are a redish color with a white tip. and i was wondering if they are an anemone and if it is what type? Here are some pics, sorry they are blurry i got the with my video cam

peppermint shrimp are known to feed on these as well

no it does not look like aptasia to me. more like little white ball anemones. i had some in my tank. they multiply very fast but i used some aptasiaX to kill them off. works well

i would agree with ball anemones. they can be just as nasty as aptaisa though

It is a hidden cup coral..nothing to worry about..
