Unhappy lemonpeel angel?

i both my first marine angelfish; a lemon peel angel. I spend around 50 bucks for the little guy but he is not eating. i fed him on frozen food, formula one pellets, and flakes and yet not even a nibble. Is this common for a newly introduced angel? Is this serious [if so, in wat way]? or am i unnecessarily stressed?
Note: my water conditions are perfect, so that is ruled out.The angel is swimming around the tank as if it is ok, it just would not eat and this is the third day in my tank.

What are the numbers behind "perfect" >?

What size tank?
How long has it been set up?
When did you buy it?
Did you QT it?

what kind of frozen food did you feed? sometimes angels are picky and will only eat live foods like brine shrimp. i hear a lot like black worms though.

lemonpeel was not a good choice for new tank/reef noob. They can be hard to get to eat...should be picking at rocks/algae...can you return it?

In my early days, I had a fair share of pygmy angels not take to captivity (often displaying what you're describing, and in time they'll simply starve to death). I might recommend adding garlic to your food and considering some of the dwarf angel foods available on the market (there are some that contain a good amount of sponge, which is preferred), but first please elaborate on your tank and other inhabitants.
