Enlarged/ cloudy eye on clown fish

Just noticed my clown fish has 1 eye swollen and cloudy. I do regular water changes and all my levels are good. What can I do to repair his eye and what could it possibly be? Need some advice quick! Thanks

Not sure how related they could be but, my hippo tang had a swollen cloudy eye from ich. Quick response would be to keep him eating, use garlic if needed. However I believe adding garlic to the tank and food will also help to build up his immune system. P.s. my tangs eye it completely back to normal now. I thought he would have been blinded in that eye from it.

This happened to my female maroon clownfish, my guess was that it was from some type of physical damage, since she pushes rocks around sometimes hehe. Her eye cleared up after a few days, and all is well.

Just keep it eating, should be fine. Use garlic to entice if it stops eating.
