Enlarged/ cloudy eye on clown fish

Just noticed my clown fish has 1 eye swollen and cloudy. I do regular water changes and all my levels are good. What can I do to repair his eye and what could it possibly be? Need some advice quick! Thanks

When one eye is affected, it is often due to injury. Some of these are serious, some are superficial, can you post a picture?

Here is a link to an article I wrote of fish eye health: http://www.advancedaquarist.com/2010/3/fish

Had similar issue on a tomato clown a couple of weeks ago. His left eye was cloudy. So over the weekend, I did a big 50% water change and a few day's later-it was back to clear. I'm sure the water change didn't do it, but it helped out along with healing time.

My male Maroon Clownfish also had this happen. I was quite concerned as are you, but it didn't seem to bother him much. He was swimming normally and tending the clutch of eggs like nothing was wrong. Cleared up on its own in about 3 days, no water change, no medication. I assume he bumped it and the natural healing process did the rest. Tough little guys.
