is it sand or bubbles?
my tank is about a month old now and in the water it looks like a million small particles flowing through out my tank and i cant understand where they are from. i mean its EVERYWHERE. doeesnt look like micro bubbles either because ive had micro bubbles bad before and it doesnt look like bubbles. ill try to get a pic up today. please help guys

you kno i was looking at wether or not they were pods because they too are also on the sand and glass everywhere but i highly doubt i have THAT many. im going to take a pic of my set up now

are you running a skimmer? maybe a small air leak in plumbing?

turn off all the flow if you can and see if the little dots swim around. if they float to the top they are likely microbubbles, if they fall they are likely sand particles. there are different types of pods, some are bigger and you can see them with yer naked eye, while some plankton are so tiny they just look like little dots floating around.
