funny looking pod

i wish i could take a picture, it was quite the most beautiful creature but it was so tiny and fast that my camera couldn't do it justice.

it was a tiny looking pod that had two strings with white dots at the ends like pom poms that it would swing around, similar to a pom pom crab, but was a tiny tiny lil guy in my refugium. i have a display refugium and find it very interesting to watch when the lights go out in the display.

anybody hear/read of such a creature?
