Just curious

What could I possibly grow and sustain using two

in a 29 gallon aquarium?

maybe some mushrooms... Kenya tree coral....about all i can think of.

I think you would be fine with mushrooms. I don't think a pure actinic bulb is going to deliver much punch at all, especially at their very low power. I'd do a 10k with an actinic.
