Downsizing...a few things for sale
Hey Everyone....
I am downsizing my current tank and have a few things for sale: First up is a purple tang. He/she is around 4-5" long and has been in my care for about a year. Asking $100 Next is a blue hippo tang/regal tang. He/she is around 4-5" long. I have raised this fella ever since he was about an 1 1/2". asking $30 **Both fishes above are pigs!! They are mainly fed pellets** Now to equipment: MRC CR2 dual calcium reactor. It comes with an upgraded spray bar, a ph probe holder, and a Mag 2 pump. The whole set up also includes, co2 tank, regulator, pinpoint ph monitor w/ probe and ofcourse the MRC CR2 unit. Asking $400 Lighting - Lumen bright Mogul base reflector with IceCap 250watt metal halide electronic ballasts. Asking $150 a set (I have two sets available) I will post pictures later on tonight. There's no difference. People are just picky about the names they hear.
Hippo and Blue is common, Regal is rare to hear. So rare = Demand. Aside from their location, Hawaii, Bali, Indo etc. They are all the same species, unless they're yellow belly blue tangs. The one I saw at NSXNR6 was rich in black and the blues were very vivid. Very healthy looking Blue Hippo Regal Tang |

I'd take it for my tank but don't know it would react no more tangs for me for awhile

fastrd400 - yes the purple tang is still available.... since he wandered into my home made trap the other day, i brought him over to a friends house to hold since it will be easier to catch him/her out of in the future.
