Coralife PC ballasts
I have heard that the Coralife ballasts are a fire hazard...
I have a coralife retrofit kit that I got practically free a while back that I am using on my 75... Is there a mod to correct any deficiencies in the coralife ballast, or does it just need replaced with a workhorse and forget about it? Thanks |

I have a Coralife PC retrofit kit too. I'm VERY interested to find out about this question. Can anyone help please? Can you edit your thread title to "Are Coralife PC Ballasts a fire hazard?" It might get a better response.

Don't know why, but it won't even let me edit my own posting...

I have been running two Coralife ballasts for 6 years no issues.
