Halimeda in my tank
Just here to share. I've always liked the look of macroalgae so I've been wanting to get one that isn't too invasive. I planned to eventually buy some halimeda for one of my tanks, but I find that it has sprouted in my 35g tank on its own. Grows fairly fast, too. I am unusually excited over this tiny discovery. I was dismayed the other night to find that it had turned white with the lights out, only to find that this is normal. It greens up again with the lights on. Guess I'll have to pay close attention to my Ca+ levels.
