PFO 2x175W MH
Looking at getting a used PFO 2x175W MH retrofit kit for a 92gal corner bowfront custom canopy. Setup includes mogul base sockets and ballast... does not include reflectors, though. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I can purchase reflectors for this type of a setup somewhat inexpensively? I know very little about MHs... is this setup even worthwhile getting?
Thanks for the advice! |

It probably is worth getting, but what are you paying for it? That would help.
I have a few PFO ballasts that I have used for years. They still run great. There are many places to get reflectors for it. First though, try a Reef Central sponsor. Check with Marine Depot, Premium, Champion and Hello Lights. I am sure you will be able to get something good from one of them. |

It's offered for 50 bucks, which I thought sounded fair... but with the cost of bulbs plus reflectors, I wasn't sure if I wouldn't just be better off purchasing a single 250W retrofit kit. What's a typical cost for a reflector? I'll give those vendors a check over... thanks for the help!
