little white specs on glass?
There not amphipods or copepods.
I tried to get a pic with my point and shoot, but it shows as larger circles of blur. Im going to ask someone that has a large DSLR if they can try and get a photo. There pretty much just white specs that move slowly. could they be some kind of snail? i cant seem to see feet, there about the size of a sharp pencil dot, some smaller. only snails i have are 2 turbos in my sump that i imagine arent very happy. no parasites that ive really noticed, all diferent types of corals are happy. (sps, lps etc.) as far as animals in the tank i only have 1 conch 1 recently aquired cleaner shrimp 4 red scarlett hermits 1 MIA green emerald. 2 mexican turbos foxface, flame hawk and a clownfish. |

I am going to guess they are either hydroids or white flatworms. Don't panic in either case. Hydroids and white flatworms are pretty normal markers in new tanks, or even sometimes bloom in established tanks if something happens to cause another cycle, or something gets added to the water to spark a population bloom.
