Live Rock
I have live rock in a garbage can with a power head running for the last 3-4 months. Will I have to worry about aptasia or any other stuff that could have been in the other tank?

Maybe, have you kept it warm? Aptasia are pretty resilient creatures!

It will likely survive i had rock that sat without a powerhead in the dark for 6 months and the aiptasia lived.
