Hypotek 250W DIMMABLE ELECTRONIC BALLAST
Hi All,
I am looking for some feedback regarding a Hypotek 250W MH DIMMABLE ELECTRONIC BALLAST. They've got them on Ebay for under $80, and I would like to know the difference between it and say a Lumetek. TIA
