Flow/return questions

I am setting up a 375g display tank for FOWLR

I am planning on using a dart as a return which will give me about 4x turnover
Do you think that is enough?

Also I plan on using some powerheads...which ones should i use? should i get controllable ones? What is the best bang for the buck? Which ones will last the longest and serve there purpose the best? right now I am considering tunze, korlia, vortech....

I am not looking to create an amazing reef tank by any means just a good looking healthy tank for some angels, tangs, and smaller fish...I will need excellent pod growth if that has any effect...and the liverock will be nicely colored with t5's and such but I am not trying to grow sps.....

Thanks
Zack

The return is fine.

For a tank that size I would think Vortec would be your best option.

imagine your tank without big black power-heads sitting in the corners

(consider CL)
