I have the quiet one 4000HH and have been very happy with it, and like the name says, it is indeed- Quiet. Seems well built too. However the 4000HH is a little less flow, so maybe the model 6000 or 9000 would be for you, but the 9000 is spendy. They have charts for them for the flow rate vs height so you can see specs

I run the quietone 4000 on my tanks because of the high flow at low wattage. 1000 GPH at 50 watts, after that they really start sucking up power. I figured it is better to run 2 50 watt pumps to get the desired flow than one 120, but that being said if a pump is not maxed out on head height it will not draw maximum wattage.

Tunze Master Electric Recirculation Pump 1073.090 will probably fit the bill. I don't own one but would like to.

Have tried all of the above at some time or other and none are as quiet as a Vilocity T4 ( think they changed names) this pump is rated for 1500 GPH and absolutely silent.
