LED Help: Wiring Buckpuck to Potentiometer
We ordered two of these buckpucks with potentiometers: http://ledsupply.com/03023-d-e-1000p.php and they suck. The wire to the pots fell out with no way to reconnect or solder them back together. We're in a time crunch so we didn't have time to return them, so we ended up buying two new 5k ohm pots from Radio Shack: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.js...oductId=2102789 and are a bit confused on how to wire these up.
Not sure if we wire the grey (CTL) wire from the buckpuck to the middle (2) terminal or right (3) terminal and same with yellow wire (REF) from the buckpuck. Anyone have any ideas? Edit: And this should probably be in the DIY forum, so if a mod could ever be so kind and move this |

The grey (CTL) should go on terminal 2, and put the 5v (REF) line on terminal 3. Leave terminal 1 open.
Let me know if that works properly. I am certain that Control goes to terminal 2. Hope this helps, Landon
