LED lighting for Reef Tank?

Dear Friends...

My name is hassan from Qatar.
i have a reef tank, sized
100cm x 40cm x 60cm h (sorry i dnt know how many inches it makes)
its almost 80 gallons (240 liters)

i have soft corals...
anemones, mashrooms, hard mashroom, colt tree, polyps, long tentacled plate coral, flower pot and many others...

lately i've realized that my lighting isnt enough for my corals

36x4 t8 lights 2 blue 2 white

so i've decided to build a LED system lighting stand for my tank.

my idea was - 100cm x 30 cm lighting stand (put on type)

90 LED (edison 3w)
30 actanic (blue)
60 white

2 adaptors
2 cooling fans (inside the stand, to cool down the LED system)
2 cooling fans (to cool down the water temperature)
1 moonlight
4 digital timers...

we will apply 60 degree angled lenses (if not what do you recommend)

the system's work process will be;

12 blue + 24 white will turn on at 2 pm to 2 am (12 hours)
18 blue + 36 white (which means the rest of the lights) will turn on at 4 pm to 12 am (8 hours)

OR

i put the blues and whites separated from each other and would work
30 blue from 2 pm to 2 am
60 white from 4 pm to 12 am

(which of 2 options would be better???)

the moonlight will turn on from 2 am to 2 pm... (12 hours)

and some people suggested

72 LED lights same brand, same watt

50 white
22 blue

same work hours

so... please!!! im kind of desperate i need your opinion. noone has given me a CLEAR answer!

do you think 90 LED would be better or 72 LED?

which one would be the best solution?
for corals to grow bigger, frag, look more beautiful!

Hello, I would go with 90 LED if the cost is not your limiting factor. If your DIY light fixture is too bright, just install dimmer for your LED.

brightness is adjustable in the system, adaptors are hitech. we can control the brightness!
budget isnt the problem! the problem is the right lighting stand! i dnt want to build something to cause a problem!
