didn't take the carbon out b4 chemiclean

I did a chemiclean treatment 4 days ago and did the water change yesterday. I unplugged the protein skimmer but didn't take the carbon out until i did the water change. I rinsed the carbon and cleaned the skimmer at that time. I changed 15 gallons of a 65 gallon tank. None of my corals have opened up since the water change. Wondering if this is a bad thing. No fish have died and my anemone is doing fine too.
