Closed Loop Help

I will be putting together a 215 gal. reef ready tank from Deep Sea Aquatics. I found out that it is coming standard with two 1" holes for overflow and I wondered if the 600 gph was true for a 1"? If so i will be putting a 1200 gph pump on the return which is a 3/4". I considered putting a closed loop on the tank after I found out it was drillable. I called Deep Sea and asked what they thought in repsects to gph rating and they told me not to exceed 800gph on the closed loop. I found this a little wierd since I read other posts on RC and people are going with 3600 and up on their CL. I have a 4000gph pump I could use for the CL but wanted some other ideas. Please email me at vogt.j@hotmail.com or joshua.a.vogt@us.army.mil or hit me back on here with some ideas to throw around. Im still what you would consider new to the hobby only being in it for a little over a year now. Thanks guys

something else I forgot to mention. I would like to use an ocean motion 4 way if possible. I also have no idea where to put the feed to the pump at. I have heard 6" from the top is good but I know there has a be other ways also. I want to try to hide the equipment. It would be nice to see the reef and not the equipment as in my 125 gallon. sps tank by the way.
