Well, welcome to RC.
I think you'll get a few more responses to your thread with a few more details. Such as: Rimless or not Reef ready or not. Overflow, or drilled or all in one. Light options? What livestock are you going to keep? Filtration ideas? But to get you started, cubes look good with a 360 view, so a stacked rock structure in the middle can be nice. Hold it together by drilling the LR with a 1/4" masonry bit, and hold together with 1/4" fiberglass rods. (Arrows from Walmart for about .99 are great) Other Rockscapes that look cool are free standing arches with plenty of room behind as well as in front, and Horshoe shaped "lagoons" Hope I was of some help. Good luck! And pictures always prompt responses. Aaron

Timdam- setup looks nice! I like the centered single structure, as it gives a nice 360 view!
Dogstar74- The tank is a 45g cube (24x24x18) it is NOT rimless and is reef ready with one return.. I was thinking of something like a v/u shape with a small structure in the middle.. I'm hoping some fellow reefers may have a simillar size cube with pics! One question I do have is about the overflow.. instead of a full size overflow from bottom of the tank up, it is approx. 6"x3"x5"... Is this a bad size will i have issuse with this or is it better than regular overflow?? I will post pictures tonight |

Here's a pic of my old 46 bow front. A little different from yours, but i was always happy with the scape. I'll post the empty - just rock pic, then the fully stocked reef.

Thanks. It's a typical 35 gal bow front. I think it was 36 long X 18 high then 18 deep in the middle - 14 deep at the ends. I have since tore it down and set up a MUCh nicer 125 peninsula.
