New Octopus skimmer issues

Well I went out and bought the best skimmer that I thought would work the best for me, I got the new octopus super skimmer xp2000i with the bubble blaster pump. Well the issue here is I can't get the pump to start back up when I turn it off to feed everything. I have to like mess with the pump and hope it'll start back up. The pump has been in operation fr about 2 weeks now. Anyone else had this issue.

The 2nd question is who should I contact in reguards to this issue. I know I can contact the place where I bought it but I want to talk directly to the manufacter because I could be doing something wrong.

Customer service. Probably a warranty issue from what it sounds like.

Now are they the company that directly makes the octopus skimmers? I haven't called the place where I bought it directly yet because I figured they wouldn't know what was wrong. But call them and they can fix me up.

I've contacted CoralVue/ RO a couple of times with so small issues and they are great. In fact I had an issue with my HOB skimmer and actually drove over to Slidell and let the repair it. Took 10 minutes and they were great. I now have 3 of their products just for that reason.

Glad to hear about this, I haven't had any problems with my skimmers but always good to know that a company stands behind their products.
