Stunner 453 LED installed into Biocube 14 hood

I just installed one Ecoxotic Stunner 453 LED and reflector into my Biocube 14 hood. It was a simple installation. The LED is mounted to the reflector that sits over the fans.

So far I am very happy with it. I'll know how the corals like it soon. The display area is brighter now. Ecoxotic responded quickly to my initial email and the product looks well made.

I have some pictures here:

The strip is rated at 6 watts. It's as bright as the stock actinic bulb which is rated at 24 watts.

I also have a biocube 14 and want to add 1 strip of stunner LED like yours. Where did you attach the stunner? I could not tell exactly base on the pic? do I have to use the refector or just stick the strip to the aluminum plate covers the 2 fans? Do you have to drill the small hole on the plastic cover the lighting for the wire go thru? Thanks so much for your help? Love the look of your tank btw !!!

I've read that you should have 4-8 watts per gallon for corals. My Biocube has only 72 watts. I've though about adding several LED strips to suppliment PC's. Does anybody think it is worth the trouble of modifying the canopy. Even Frog's Spawn doesn't do very well with the current lighting. Help!!!
