Sixline should eat them up, Such as life its always a hit or miss thou. If you have a few it will help eradicate them, but if your infested you need to take other action. Flatworm Exit....

i have been thinking of getting a melanurus. some sites like aquacon actually say that they are good for eating flatworms.

My yellow coris wrasse did the same. Now if only he'd go after the AEFW. I've heard good things about melanurus wrasses. I've also heard some horror stories about sixlines so I personally would avoid them.

The Springer's damsel is another option but probably more hit or miss than the aforementioned wrasses.

A spotted mandarin did it for me. It cleaned my frag tank and another holding tank of flat worms. Of course, it cleaned the tanks out of pods as well.

???? Horror stories about 6 lines? I'm on my second...they're great tankmates and help with the worm population...plus, they're gorgeous!

Flatworm exit is pretty safe and very effective, just make sure you siphon as much of the dieing ones n run carbon. HTH.

+1 - Over and over people say this fish doesn't eat them. Well I had an outbreak and FWE was just not digging deep. Mr. madarin eradicated them and haven't seen not one since. Unless they are hiding from him...

FWE may work just fine. But I am a fan of natural ways of cleaning things up if one is available.

Increasing waterflow really helps as it keeps them from "matting". Keep your skimmer cranked up and siphon out as many as you can. I have a target mandarin along with a six line and I don't see the mandarin really eating any. Maybe he is, I just don't see it lol...
