sicce wiring
At the base of my Sicce 2500 I have notice that the" black wire covering" that covers the electrical wires has pulled away from the body of the pump.
Is this pump not safe to use now? or |

If you can now see the 2 exposed wires under the insulation, then I would say it is not safe to use. Their is now a path for saltwater to get inside through the seal/epoxy.
Any way you can post a pic of it?

Rogers post is interesting, but I still would not risk using it. How much is a new pump? You are talking that price with something that could possibly risk your life.
