Things are dying

I have a 28 Gal Nano Cube that has been doing fine but lately every coral I have that has a skeleton like frogspawn etc. are dying.
The water parameters are all within the proper range with my tests and also at the LFS who tests for the things I can't.
The LFS is at a loss as to why this is happening except he thinks that my Coral Beauty or a black crab he says could have been dormant in the live rock is the problem. I have seen no indication of either during the day and I'm now checking at night.
The other thing that happened was my 2 peppermint shrimp who where doing great and growing have now come up missing and presumed dead and cleaned up by the snails, and bluelegs.
On the bright side all of my mushrooms, xenias, zoas, etc are flourishing and doing great so it seems to be only a problem with those with a skeleton base.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

What are the actual parameters -- with numbers. Having the numbers (( as apposed to "proper range" )) will be helpful in figuring this out -- or eliminating a bunch of variables.

I don't have all the exact numbers with me right now but all were where they were supposed to be with no reading even close to anything that was abnormal.

Everything that could be tested was tested like ammonia, ph, nitrites, nitrates including hardness, salinity, phosphates, calcium, etc, with nothing out of whack.

It is REALLY difficult to help with "nothing out of whack" numbers. We need to know SG, Mg, Ca, Alk, temperature, ammonia.

I understand but the LFS has done all the testing to back up what I do and he says they are all where they are supposed to be when I get back there I will get those numbers. He asked the same questions you all are and so the test were made by him and he could find nothing wrong which is why he suspects the angel or something else is causing the problem.
I believe he uses API for most of his tests. The temperature is always 76.6-77.8
Also thought I would mention that the 28 Gal JBJ Nano I have is the CF version and the lights are 6 months old. I run the lights 6 Hrs per day.

Something else that I just thought but not sure if it has any bearing on this. I had a small hair algae growth problem and I would tear it out each time I changed water and it would grow back fast but now it has disappeared also.

Ok, then the first advice is get your own test kits and learn to test. Being dependent on a LFS for testing is not a good idea.
