One of the best rewards!
My hubby is a Cub Scout leader and we are having a meeting at our house tonight. He is having a hard time getting the boys to do what he planned because they all have their faces smooshed against the reef tank! I have heard so many 'oooohhh!!!! Look at the shrimp!' and 'what the heck is THAT thing?!''s!
Love it! |

It is great seeing the faces of people looking at our tanks, especially the young ones.

promise the scouts he'll feed the fish once they finish planned activities and those may get done too! Just awesome though!

Yeah...they will feed the tank when they are done. I also suggested that maybe a meeting about the conservation of the reefs/oceans would be neat. I think getting to have a cleaner shrimp crawl on you and touching a snail would be memorable.
Gotta catch them early when teaching the love of the ocean! |

That's great, more future reefers! It's good to see more people teaching kids (cubscouts) and not just sitting them in front of the video games.
