Help! Will too much air Bubbles kill ?

I t-off the water input to my skimmer n my fluid reactor, meaning the water pump pumps water to my skimmer n fluid reactor. After I came home I saw many air bubbles in tank. My 2 clownfish are resting at the seabed, looking like drowsy. Anyone knows wats going on? I dismantled the supply to the fluid reactor n installed filter wool at my sump to prevent more air bubbles going to main tank.

Pls help!!! Wats going on???
