Could you tell me if these pumps have a warranty on them? Thanks.

My lady friend bought the 2x500 model at the LFS today, with a little encouragement from me. It'll be going in her 20-over-10 gallon nano system which I built. I'm keenly interested in how it does.
Especially because if it flops I'll never hear the end of it. ![]() |

My girlfriend's has been going a little over a month now. I like it so far.
Seems like instant on/off to me. |

Have you experienced any problems with start up? Like, have you had to reset the system or pull the pumps to keep them running smoothly off and on? Thanks for the input.

No, not yet. But it's practically brand new. The PRODUCT is brand new for that matter. So there's always a risk for the first year, until any possible bugs have been worked out.
I will say that for $100, the 2x500 was a great investment for the nano. No complaints whatsoever. If it breaks any time soon I'll report the failure here. ![]() |
